All content, models, code, and infrastructure developed by Merizia Inc. remain our exclusive property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Disclaimers

Merizia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee hiring outcomes or uninterrupted availability of the Services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Merizia Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Merizia at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
