The Interview Problem No One Solved (Until Now)
Interviews are everywhere and yet they are broken and unoptimized. Whether it is a candidate being screened for a job role, a researcher gathering insights, a compliance officer checking for risk, or a manager onboarding a new team member interviews are critical moments to make decisions.
But they are manual, inconsistent, and very operational tasking and this makes scaling really tough. We think that is a huge opportunity to automate and reimagine interviews.
